Produced of the olive varieties: Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccio and Pendolino, originating from the secular olive trees of the farm. The clayey and scaly ground is ideal for the growing of the plant. The olives are picked by hand with the meccanic help. The extraction is continuous with temperature control. The oil has a distinctly fruity smell, is well flavoured and medium spicy.
