Services Included
Bed linen, towels (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel + 1 bidet towel with weekly change + shower mat), tea towels, hairdryer, water/electricity/gas, final cleaning, satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, children’s playground, and unattended covered car park.
You will find a welcome pack in your apartment when you arrive including water, wine, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and toiletries. There is Wi-Fi in all apartments and in the common areas of the garden and pool.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of the booking will be charged.
The guest will only be refunded the cost of the stay minus the deposit and administrative expenses if the apartment is able to be re-rented.

30% deposit when booking by bank transfer.
The final outstanding balance and any extras must be paid the day before departure. -
Services at an additional charge
Extra mid-week cleaning with additional linen (EUR 50), use of washing machine + ironing board and iron (€ 3.00 per wash), extra bed (including bed linen and towels) 105 Euro/week, extra cot incl. bed linen and towels (105 Euro/week), high chair (€30 per week), bicycles (€ 6 per day).

Note
On the 1st of January 2012, the Region of Tuscany introduced a Tourist Tax. The Municipality of Suvereto will charge a Tourist Tax of € 1.50 a night for adults and all children over the age of 15 for a maximum of 10 days. The tax must be paid directly at the farmstay upon arrival and guests will receive a receipt as proof of payment. Pets not allowed.
