Tasting Room
The Tasting Room at Il Falcone Agriturismo in Suvereto is one of the most evocative spaces on the farm, a place where history, tradition, and taste meet in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. Created with full respect for the rustic Tuscan style, it preserves the original stone walls, the terracotta floors, and an authentic atmosphere that tells the agricultural past of the Petri family through historic photographs and antique work tools.
The wine and oil tastings in the cellar in Suvereto are open both to agriturismo guests and to external groups, with the possibility of welcoming parties of up to 50 people, both in the indoor spaces and in the panoramic garden, ideal in milder seasons. During each wine tasting experience in Tuscany, Paolo, FISAR sommelier, and Paola, professional taster for the Province of Livorno, accompany guests in discovering the estate's products, with a guided tasting of five wines, grappa, and extra virgin olive oil, offering in-depth explanations on production techniques and food pairings.

The wine tasting and cellar visit is also accompanied by a tasting of extra virgin olive oil with exquisite bruschetta.
Upon request, it is possible to book, in addition to the tasting, a sampling of typical Tuscan products with platters of cheeses and cured meats.
After the wine and oil tasting, there is a guided tour inside the estate's cellars and, upon request, also of the splendid centuries-old olive trees that majestically surround the property.
Those who wish can also request "customized" tastings in advance, according to their own tastes and needs.
All products featured in the tasting are also available for purchase directly on site: an opportunity to take home a piece of Tuscany!
