This red wine is originating from the historic vineyard "Bocca al Lupo", situated in the hills around Suvereto, creating a blend made of the traditional Tuscan Sangiovese grape and the rare autochthonous Giacomino grape together with the international Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. Because of the soil and with the position, this area has always been considered particularly gifted for the vine cultivation, already during the time of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany. The Boccalupo is a wine of excellent quality, with intense and persistent scents.
