Iliaco
Deriving from the vineyard Fosso della Fonte, this wine is created of the antique Tuscan grape varieties Trebbiano, Ansonica and Clairette. The result is a fresh white wine with a mineral sapidity, typical for the coastal area in Tuscany.
ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION:
Soft straw yellow colour. At the nose, there are pleasant fruity scents of pears, banana and apple. Warm at palate and with a good sapidity.
FOOD MATCHES:
Fish antipasti, first courses (pasta) and second courses with fish, young cheese
